Office Information

CPRS in Shermans Dale is conveniently located on Spring Road. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training.

Physical Therapist                     

Certified Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy  
June, MPT is a Physical Therapist and McKenzie Credentialed Therapist with CPRS. She has been with CPRS since 2008 and a professional since 1997. June is a graduate of State College High School. Additionally, June earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State, and her graduate degree from Duke University. She currently resides in Camp Hill and enjoys hiking, camping, and reading.

Amy, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Amy, PTA has been with CPRS and a professional since 2001. Amy is a graduate of Wellsboro Area High School. She received her undergraduate degree from Wilkes University and Central Penn College. Currently, Amy resides in Shermans Dale.
