Office Information

CPRS in Quarryville is conveniently located on South Lime Street, near Memorial Park and the Solanco Fairgrounds. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Occupational Health, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. Zachary, PT, DPT, OCS, CEAS joined CPRS and is a licensed professional since 2010. Zach graduated from Hempfield High School and earning his Bachelors of Science in Health Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Sciences in Philadelphia. Additionally, he is a graduate of the CPRS Orthopedic Residency and is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist. Zach is also fluent in Spanish language. In his spare time, Zach enjoys playing roller and street hockey. His favorite sports team is the Tampa Bay Lightning. Zach also enjoys visiting his family in Puerto Rico and currently resides in Ephrata with his wife, Cathy, and his Newfoundland dogs, Ramon and Tipsy.
