Office Information

CPRS in Mountville is conveniently located on College Avenue, in the Mountville Business Center. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. 


Kristin, PT, DPT 

Clinic Manager
Doctor of Physical Therapy 

Kristin, DPT has been with CPRS and a professional since 2015.  Kristin is a graduate of Dallastown High School.  Additionally, Kristin has an undergraduate degree from Elizabethtown College and graduate degree from Thomas Jefferson University.  Currently Kristin resides in Elizabethtown and enjoys hiking, running and reading.


Tom, PT, DPT 


Doctor of Physical Therapy

Tom, PT, DPT joined CPRS and worked as a professional since 2023. Tom is a graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Cabrini University and graduate degree from Widener University. Currently, Tom resides in East Petersburg and enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family and being outside with his dog.

 

 

Eliza, PTA 


Physical Therapist Assistant

Eliza, PTA, has been with CPRS since April of 2023. Eliza graduated from Red Lion High School and earned her associate degree from Central Penn College. Currently, she resides in Wrightsville with her boyfriend, Kendall. In her spare time, Eliza enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading and the outdoors.
