Office Information

CPRS in Millersburg, offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Occupational Health, Oncology Therapy Program, Wellness and Diabetes Management. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. Brad, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, CSCS 

Clinic Manager 

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Brad, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, CSCS joined CPRS in 2020 as the clinic manager in Millersburg. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University in 2015 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Widener University in 2018. Brad is certified through the McKenzie Institute, which specializes in the evaluation and treatment of spinal related disorders. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, which emphasizes the training of athletes and recreational athletes of all ages and experience levels. Brad is also adept at evaluating and treating a range of other pathologies and pain processes including but not limited to balance disorders, dizziness, shoulder pain, hip pain, foot/ankle disorders, jaw pain, and general weakness or movement dysfunction. Brad currently resides in Harrisburg and enjoys all outdoor activities, weight training, as well as sharing his knowledge and experience with the community.

Kelly, PTA 

Physical Therapist Assistant

Kelly, PTA is a Physical Therapist Assistant with CPRS. She has been with CPRS since 2010 and a professional since 1999. Kelly is a graduate of Millersburg Area High School. Additionally, Kelly has earned an undergraduate degree from Central Penn College. She currently resides in Millersburg and enjoys spending time with her husband Aaron and her two children Morghan and Braden.

Christina, PTA  

Physical Therapist Assistant

Christina, PTA is a Physical Therapy Assistant who recently joined CPRS in 2022 but has been a professional since 2013. Christina is a graduate of Line Mountain High School, and attended Central Pennsylvania College where she earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree. She currently lives near the Herndon area and enjoys spending time with her family, her dog Molly, and being outdoors.

Sherry, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Sherry, PTA joined CPRS in 1993 and is a licensed professional since 1991. Sherry is a graduate of Tri-Valley High School. Additionally, Sherry has an undergraduate degree from Central Penn College. She currently resides in Halifax with her husband Corey and children Caleb and Joshua. When not at work Sherry enjoys biking, hiking and sporting activities with her family. 


Kelsey, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Kelsey, PTA joined CPRS in 2024 and is a licensed professional since 2014. She graduated from Upper Dauphin Area school district in 2012. Additionally, Kelsey graduated from Penn State Hazleton University and became a licensed physical therapist assistant in 2014. Kelsey resides in Elizabethville with her husband and 2 daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, the outdoors, playing softball, kayaking, going to the beach, and reading.
