CPRS in Columbia is conveniently located on South 15th Street, caddy corner to Anvil International. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Lymphedema, Pediatrics, Occupational Health, Oncology Rehab Program, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Wellness and Diabetes Management. Jennifer, DPT Clinic Manager Physical Therapist
Jennifer, DPT, is a Physical Therapist and Clinic Manager with CPRS. Jennifer has been with CPRS since 2006 a professional since 2004. She is a graduate of Columbia Jr/Sr High School. Additionally, Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State University and her graduate degree from Slippery Rock University. Jennifer currently resides in Columbia with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and boating on the Susquehanna.

Samantha, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Samantha, PTA, has been with CPRS since 2013. Samantha is a graduate of Manheim Central High School. She received her undergraduate degree from Central Penn College. Currently, Samantha resides in Manheim with her husband and enjoys jogging, soccer, cooking and taking beach trips.
