Tom Marsilio is CEO and President of CPRS. Tom is a licensed physical therapist, licensed for Direct Access, and an Exercise Physiologist. He has been with CPRS since 1998 and a professional since 1996. Tom is a graduate of Marian Catholic High School. Additionally, Tom earned his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and his graduate degree from Hahnemann University. Tom resides in Wrightsville and enjoys working out, running, car restoration, playing with his dog, and home projects. Additionally, Tom was a full Division I-A Student-Athlete, receiving a football scholarship and a Rhodes/Marshal Scholarship nomination. He was also a Chancellor Advisor, a member of Alpha Eta Society and Phi Kappa Honor Society, a Peach Bowl Scholar Athlete, and a member of Golden Key National Honor Society.

Additionally, Matt received his undergraduate degree from Messiah College and his graduate degree from the University of Delaware. Matt Currently Resides in Millerstown and enjoys outdoor activities, sports, exercising, and spending time with his family.

Jerry Rush MPT, OCS, CEAS is a physical therapist and Executive Vice President of Operations South with CPRS. Jerry has been with CPRS since 2005 and a physical therapist since 2002. A native of the Pittsburgh area, he earned is undergraduate and graduate degrees from Saint Francis University. He is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Jerry is a past recipient of the national LAMPLighter Award through the HPA section of the American Physical Therapy Association. The award recognizes those who have affected significant change in the physical therapy field through formal or informal leadership. Jerry resides in Lititz with his family.

Mark Brown, MS, PT, CMPT, OCS, Cert. MDT, CEAS, has been a licensed Physical Therapist with CPRS since 1994. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, a Certified Manual Physical Therapist with NAIOMT, and credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine (McKenzie). Mark is also a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist. Mark is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University. In addition to treating all orthopedic conditions in the adolescent and geriatric populations, Mark has extensive experience treating vestibular disorders and temporomandibular disorders. Mark resides in Harrisburg and enjoys family time, skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, and traveling.

Daniel Bowerman, MPT, OCS, CSCS has been with CPRS and a professional since 2003. Dan is a graduate of Manheim Central School District and has an undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Dan has been a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist since 2008 and enjoys treating all orthopedic and sports-related injuries. He currently resides in Manheim and enjoys exercise, vacationing at the beach, and spending time with friends and family. Dan and his wife are active at LCBC Church and they have a son Nathan, daughter Morgan, and a Black Labrador Retriever.

Currently, Janelle resides in Millersburg and enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family.

Currently, Craig resides in Harrisburg and enjoys performing music, tinkering with electronics, and spending time with his family.
