Office Information

CPRS in Strasburg is conveniently located on Historic Drive, across from the Post Office. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Occupational Health, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. Our office also works with the plain community. 

In addition to the array of services, Zach, our clinic manager, also has extensive training in all orthopedic injuries/conditions, and is a board certified orthopedic specialist.  He also has expertise in treating temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD/TMJ). Zachary C. Rosario, DPT, OCS, CEAS has been with CPRS and a professional since 2010. Zach went to Hempfield High School and attended University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. He graduated in 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Health Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He is a graduate of the CPRS Orthopedic Residency and is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist. Zach is also fluent in speaking Spanish. In his spare time, Zach enjoys playing roller and street hockey. His favorite sports team is the Tampa Bay Lightning.  Zach also enjoys visiting his family in Puerto Rico. Zach currently lives in Ephrata, PA with his wife, Cathy, and his Newfoundland dogs, Roxy and Raúl. 

Melinda J. Hoover, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT

Melinda J. Hoover, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT, has been with CPRS since 2016 and a professional since 2011.  Melinda is a graduate of Lancaster Mennonite High School.  Additionally, Melinda has an undergraduate degree from Messiah College and graduate degree from Arcadia University. She is also credentialed in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Spine.  Melinda recently completed CPRS' Orthopedic Residency Program in December 2017 and will sit for the board exam in March 2018. Currently Melinda resides in Lancaster and enjoys running, biking, reading, backpacking, trying new restaurants, being with her friends and family, traveling, and playing piano.

Sarah Thomas, PTA

Sarah Thomas, PTA has been with CPRS since 2008. She is a graduate of Pequea Valley High School. Sarah earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State Mont Alto. Currently, she resides in Intercourse and enjoys running, biking, soccer and reading.

Sarah Hess, PTA, has been with CPRS and a professional since 2019. Sarah graduated from Lampeter- Strasburg High School in 2016. Additionally, Sarah received her undergraduate degree from Central Penn College in 2019. Sarah enjoys running, baking, watching baseball and spending time with family and friends.

Gina Rossi, PTA

Gina Rossi, PTA has been with CPRS and a professional since 2018.  Gina is a graduate of Solanco High School.  Additionally, Gina has an undergraduate degree from Lock Haven University and she received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Harcum College in Bryn Mawr.  Currently Gina resides in Quarryville and enjoys running and going to the beach.
