Office Information

CPRS in Lancaster is conveniently located on Granite Run Drive, which is between Manheim and Fruitville Pike. The office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Occupational Health, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. 

In addition to these specific services, our office also works closely with several local school districts including: School District of Lancaster, Manheim Township, and Lancaster Mennonite. For more information, please call our office at 717-560-2917.




Adam Siegrist, DPT

Adam Siegrist, DPT, graduated from Garden Spot high school. Adam attended Alvernia University and earned his bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Adam began working for CPRS immediately after graduation from Alvernia. He looks forward to treating the surrounding community with evidence based physical therapy to help them return to work, sports, and daily physical activities. Adam enjoys spending time with family and friends, basketball and other sports, and being outdoors. Adam currently resides in East Earl.   



Jerry Rush, MPT, OCS, CEAS

Jerry Rush MPT, OCS, CEAS is a physical therapist and Vice President of Operations South with CPRS.  Jerry has been with CPRS since 2005 and a physical therapist since 2002.  A native of the Pittsburgh area, he earned is undergraduate and graduate degrees from Saint Francis University.  He is an orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.  Jerry is a past recipient of the national LAMPLighter Award through the HPA section of the American Physical Therapy Association.  The award recognizes those who have affected significant change in the physical therapy field through formal or informal leadership.  Jerry is a member of the APTA and serves as secretary for the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association’s Private Practice Special Interest Group.  He resides in Lititz with his family. 


Brooke Weidman,PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant



 
Brooke Weidman, PTA graduated from Conestoga Valley High School in 2012.  After high school, Brooke attended University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown before transferring to Central Penn College, majoring in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program where she graduated with honors in May of 2017. Brooke has been employed at CPRS Physical Therapy since 2013 working as a Physical Therapist Aide. Brooke’s primary experience in the field is with geriatric patients in the outpatient setting. Brooke is energetic, organized and passionate about personal fitness. In her free time, she enjoys being with family, exercising, and traveling. She currently resides in Lancaster with her kittens, Turbo and Lola.
