Jerry Rush MPT, OCS, CEAS is a physical therapist and Vice President of Operations South with CPRS.  Jerry has been with CPRS since 2005 and a physical therapist since 2002.  A native of the Pittsburgh area, he earned is undergraduate and graduate degrees from Saint Francis University.  He is an orthopedic clinical specialist ( OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.  Jerry is a past recipient of the national LAMPLighter Award through the HPA section of the American Physical Therapy Association.  The award recognizes those who have affected significant change in the physical therapy field through formal or informal leadership.  Jerry is a member of the APTA and serves as secretary for the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association’s Private Practice Special Interest Group.  He resides in Lititz with his family. 

Caitlin Gardner, MPT, CAPS

Caitlin Gardner, MPT, CAPS has been with CPRS since 2015, and the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Jennersville Hospital since 2018. Caitlin is a 1991 graduate of Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, having earned dual degrees of Bachelors in Health Sciences and Masters of Physical Therapy. She is also a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), as recognized by the National Association of Home Builders, and NDT (NeuroDevelopmental Treatment) Certified. Caitlin has served as faculty at Widener University’s Institute for Physical Therapy Education and Cecil College’s Physical Therapist Assistant programs, specializing in teaching Neuroanatomy and Clinical Neurosciences. A native of Delaware County, Caitlin has resided with her 2 children in Chester County, PA for over 15 years and truly enjoys being able to serve the community in which she resides.

Benjamin Zelner, PT, DPT, OCS

Benjamin Zelner, PT, DPT, OCS has been with CPRS since 2015 and a professional since 2014. Benjamin is a graduate of Crestwood High School. Additionally, Benjamin has an undergraduate and graduate degree from The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. He also has a minor in Health and Wellness, and Exercise Management. Ben also completed CPRS' Accredited Orthopedic Residency Program in 2016 and is Board Certified in Orthopedics. Currently Benjamin resides in West Chester with his wife, and enjoys playing hockey, hiking, and running.

Victoria Shogren PT, DPT has been with CPRS and a professional since 2018.  Victoria received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Arcadia University.  Currently Victoria resides in Ronks and enjoys reading, movies, and cooking. 

Raychel Vukovic, OT

Raychel Vukovic, OT has been with CPRS since 2017 and a professional since 2016.  Raychel is a graduate of Octorara High School.  Additionally, Raychel received her graduate degree from Alvernia University.  Currently Raychel resides in Parkesburg and enjoys swimming, skiing and hiking. 


Christina Creamer, PT, DPT

Christina Creamer, PT, DPT has been with CPRS since 2017 and a professional since 2005.  Christina is a graduate of Wissahickan High School.  Additionally, Christina has an undergraduate degree from Slippery Rock University and graduate degree from Thomas Jefferson University.  Currently Christina resides in Kennett Square and enjoys traveling with her husband, especially to beaches for water activities, weight training, swimming, and taking art classes.

Diana Simpson, OTR/L has been with CPRS since 2015 and a professional since 2001.  Diana is a graduate of Kennett High School.  Additionally, Diana received her undergraduate degree from University of Scranton.  Currently Diana resides in Kennett Square and enjoys exercising and dog related activities.

Krista Shenk, PT, DPT, has been with CPRS Physical Therapy since 2015.  Krista is a graduate of Conestoga Valley High School.  Additionally, Krista has an undergraduate and graduate degree from Misericordia University.  Currently Krista resides in Lancaster and enjoys running, kayaking, gardening, bargain hunting, and spending time with her family and friends.

Abigail Bell, OTR/L, CBIS, CAPS has been an occupational therapist for 10 years and with CPRS since 2019.  She received her double major BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009 and her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Ohio State University in 2011.  She is a certified LSVT BIG clinician, a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS, accredited by the Brain Injury Association of America [BIAA]) and a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS, accredited by the National Association of Home Builders [NAHB]).  She currently works in the outpatient clinic providing services to clients with a variety of needs.  Born and raised in Chester County, Abigail lives in West Chester with her husband and two daughters.  She loves traveling, staying active and spending time with her family.
