Office Information

CPRS in Harrisburg, is conveniently located off the Union Deposit Exit, off 83. The office is on the backside of the Family Practice Center- Londonderry Road. The office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Wellness, Occupational Health, and Diabetes Management. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. 

Mark, our clinic manager, has extensive training in all orthopedic injuries/conditions, and is not only a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, but it also the director of CPRS' accredited Orthopedic Residency Program. He also has expertise in treating neck and back injuries, and is a McKenzie Therapist. Our office also works closely with Central Dauphin School District, serving their athletic population, staff, and faculty. Mark Brown, MS, PT, CMPT, OCS, Cert. MDT, CEAS has been a licensed Physical Therapist with CPRS since 1994. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, a Certified Manual Physical Therapist with NAIOMT, and credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine (McKenzie). Mark is also a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist. Mark is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University. In addition to treating all orthopedic conditions in the adolescent and geriatric populations, Mark has extensive experience treating vestibular disorders and temporomandibular disorders. Mark resides in Harrisburg and enjoys family time, skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, and traveling.

Tanner Reed, DPT
 Physical Therapist 


Tanner Reed, DPT has been with CPRS and a professional since 2019. Tanner is a graduate of Garden Spot High School. Additionally, Tanner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family, riding motorcycle, working out, camping/hiking, snowboarding, and traveling. Tanner’s goal is to passionately provide evidence-based quality of care in order to enhance the quality of life in as many individuals as possible.

Benjamin Agbayani, PTA
 Physical Therapist Assistant


Ben Agbayani has been a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2016.  He obtained his PTA degree from Central Penn College after earning his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Temple University in 2011.  Ben is currently pursuing a Master’s in Health Informatics from Scranton University.  In his free time, Ben enjoys weightlifting, basketball, long walks on Front St., tacos and traveling.

Megan Stewart, PTA, is a Physical Therapist Assistant and has been with CPRS since September 2020. She attended Penn State Mont Alto and graduated in 2015, and has been practicing in outpatient physical therapy since. She currently resides in Wellsville PA where she enjoys spending time with her family, weightlifting, and crafting.
