Darlene Bingaman, PT has a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy. Darlene has been with CPRS since 2007 and worked as a professional since 1988. She is a graduate of Millersburg Area High School and the University of Pittsburgh. Darlene currently resides in Wrightsville and enjoys reading and movies.



Arthur Ciccone, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant


Arthur Ciccone, PTA is a graduate of Central Penn College, where he received his Physical Therapy Assistant degree. He is also a graduate of Penn State Berks University, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.  He enjoys trail running, fly fishing, and coaching youth lacrosse.


Jolanta Zurawska, PT

Jolanta Zurawska, PT has been with CPRS since 2008 and a professional since 1990. Jolanta is a graduate of Strzelin High School in Poland. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Academy of Physical Education in Wroclaw Poland. Currently, Jolanta resides in Lancaster and enjoys traveling, skiing and swimming.

June Perry, MPT is a Physical Therapist and McKenzie Credentialed Therapist with CPRS. She has been with CPRS since 2008 and a professional since 1997. June is a graduate of State College High School. Additionally, June earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State, and her graduate degree from Duke University. She currently resides in Camp Hill and enjoys hiking, camping, and reading.



Sara Pellman, PTA

Sara Pellman, PTA has been with CPRS since 2009 and worked as a professional since 2007. Sara is a graduate of Central Penn College. Currently, Sara resides in Conestoga.



Sarah Minnich, PTA

Sarah Minnich, PTA is a Physical Therapist Assistant with CPRS. She has been with CPRS and a professional since 2007. Sarah is a graduate of Manheim Central High School. Additionally, Sarah has earned her undergraduate degree from Central Pennsylvania College. She currently resides in Manheim and enjoys tennis, reading, running and spending time with family and friends.



Elizabeth Smith, MPT

Elizabeth Smith, MPT has been with CPRS for ten years and a professional for twelve years. Elizabeth is a graduate of Solanco High School and received her undergraduate and graduate education at Ithaca College. Currently, Elizabeth resides in Mount Joy and enjoys running after her children, reading, and traveling.

Dawn Kane, PTA has been with CPRS since 2012 a professional since 1999. Dawn is a graduate of Pequea Valley High School. She received her undergraduate degree from Alvernia University. Currently, Dawn resides in Lancaster and enjoys sports, scrapbooking, and spending time with kids and family.


Susan Gerhard, PT, DPT

Susan Gerhard, PT, DPT has been with CPRS since 2015 and a professional since 1987.  Susan is a graduate of Central Dauphin East High School.  Additionally, Susan has an undergraduate degree from Beaver College and graduate degree from Arcadia University.  Susan has a Pain Care Yoga certification.  She is active with the PPTA and has been a member of the APTA since 1987.  Susan is also a Delegate for PA PPTA to APTA House of Delegates.  Currently, Susan resides in Lewisberry and enjoys yoga, parenting, walking, scuba, and dog care. 



Karissa L. Solomon, PT, DPT

Karissa L Solomon, PT, DPT, has been with CPRS since 2016 and a professional since 2010.  Karissa is a graduate of Hughesville High School.  Additionally, Karissa hass an undergraduate and graduate degree from Lebanon Valley College.  Karissa has a special interest in ortho and sports medicine, specifically ACL’s. Currently Karissa resides in Harrisburg and enjoys spending time with family, running, basketball, hiking, playing guitar, reading, and traveling.

Joy Gillespie, PTA

Joy Gillespie, PTA has been with CPRS since 2017 and a professional since 2013.  She attended the International Christian School in San Jose, Costa Rica. Joy has a bachelor's degree in Bible/Youth Ministry from Lancaster Bible College, an associates degree of Specialized Technology in Interior Design from Bradley Academy, as well as an associates degree from Central Penn College for her PTA degree. She currently resides in Hummelstown and enjoys mosaic art, making jewelry, running, and hiking with her husband.

Lori Wiggins, PTA has been with CPRS since 2006 and a professional since 1983. She is a graduate of Solanco High School. She earned her undergraduate degree from Lehigh County Community College. Currently, she resides in Quarryville and enjoys boating, water skiing, flower gardening, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Lauren Martin,PT, DPT OCS is a graduate of Montoursville Area High School. She received her undergraduate and graduate degree from Lebanon Valley College. Additionally, Lauren graduated from the CPRS Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency in May 2014 and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Currently, Lauren resides in Lititz with her husband and son. She enjoys staying active in her church, running, hiking and playing piano and guitar.


Keziah Loht, PTA

Keziah Loht, PTA has been with CPRS and a professional since 2018.  Keziah is a graduate of Elizabethtown High School.  Additionally, Keziah received her undergraduate degree from Central Penn College.  In her spare time, Keziah is a wedding photographer.  Currently Keziah resides in Mount Joy and enjoys coffee and the outdoors.

Shawnda is a graduate of Cedar Crest High School. Additionally, Shawnda has earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Central Florida. She currently resides in Lancaster where she enjoys spending time with her family.

Dorene DeCecco, PT, has been with CPRS since 2019 and a professional since 1988.  Dorene has an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and graduate degree from Hahnemann University.  Currently, Dorene resides in Mechanicsburg and enjoys biking, hiking, kayaking, photography, and running.

Aaron Goetz, PT, DPT has been with CPRS since 2017 and a professional since 2008.  Aaron received an Associate in Arts, Sciences degree from Keystone College and his Bachelor of Science and graduate degree from Lebanon Valley College.  Currently Aaron resides in Lancaster.

Amy Esterline, PTA

While a student at Central Penn College, Amy had the opportunity to complete an internship at Millersburg CPRS. Upon graduating with her Associate of Applied Sciences degree and license as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Amy returned to work for CPRS as a PRN-PTA. Amy’s favorite part of her work is interacting with her patients and seeing them make improvements towards their goals. Outside of work, Amy enjoys hiking, kayaking, training horses, and competing in rodeos.

Matthew Schultheis, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist 



 

Matthew Schultheis, PT, DPT has been a licensed physical therapist since 2009 and began working with CPRS in 2021. He is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist through Myopain Seminars and is a Certified Clinical Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association. In addition, he has received additional training in Vestibular Rehabilitation through the American Institute of Balance. Matthew received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University and his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Randolph Macon College. Matthew is currently residing in Manchester and enjoys long distance running and spending time with his wife, 2 daughters, and dog.

Victoria Beers (Vicki) DPT, PT has been with CPRS since 2021. Vicki graduated from Shenandoah University 2010 with Doctorate in physical therapy and attended undergrad at Lebanon Valley College. She has been treating in outpatient physical therapy for 11 years. Currently residing in Lancaster county and enjoys spending time with her dog.
