We Prepare- You Perform!

For Immediate Release

March 23, 2015 (Harrisburg, PA)- During March, Athletic Trainers across America are being recognized for their commitment to helping people prevent injuries and stay healthy and active. Athletic Trainers are health care professionals. Highly educated and dedicated to the job at hand, athletic trainers can be found in high schools and colleges, corporations, professional sports, the military, performing arts, clinics, hospitals and physician offices.

This year, the chosen theme, "We Prepare-You Perform" provides a glimpse into the life of an athletic trainer, with a focus on Athletic Training preparedness for any and every situation that might arise, such as developing an emergency action plan, rehearsing emergency situations, and communication with administration, EMS, coaches, parents, employees, etc.

CPRS Physical Therapy employees over 25 Athletic Trainers, to provide quality athletic training services to local area high schools, colleges, and youth sports. These individuals not only keep your student athletes and children safe, healthy, and active on the field, but offer so much more off the field as well. The job tasks and abilities of an Athletic Trainer are limitless, and it's during this month, that we want to promote awareness of the profession and our professionals.
